IDCF购买的血与泪

由于日本雅虎所在的IDCF机房注册难度极大，还需要实体地址验证，所以几乎没有人提供VPS等代购，只有黑市流传出来的被黑账号和一些淘宝所谓的手机验证服务。

今天我就来说说我遇到的IDCF遭遇。

首先IDCF明确表示了不接受国际客户，在注册页面就有说。第一道门槛：手机验证。

手机验证这个东西也很好混过去，我用的Spikko就可以租日本电话号码来验证手机这个功能。

注册成功。我有国际Visa信用卡，信用卡也添加并验证成功，实例也启动成功。

很顺利嘛。。。没难度哇？

我错了。用了3天，IDCF那边的人就强制停止了服务。来了封邮件：

In the account that is currently in use, the service utilization has been suspended at present. The entire virtual machine that you created have been under suspension.
                                                       
In the case of any delay in payment, please settle your payment process. 

If you are not aware of this, please contact us through Ticket.
                                                         
If the payment was not confirmed within 10 days from today, it may result the termination of service or compulsory cancellation.
Upon compulsory cancellation, please be aware that a virtual machine data will be deleted entirely and cannot be recoverd. 
                                                        
Please contact us through Ticket if any.

简单地说他们不能验证我的信用卡（因为我不是日本信用卡）。

那好我开了个Ticket说了下我的情况，于是他们回复：

Thank you for your inquiry. 
We found that there is a large number of accounts which are registered by users from outside of Japan, and the majority of those accounts are used fraudulently. 
Therefore we changed our policy temporarily to not accept users from outside of Japan.

Once we decided the account was created by those users, then the account will be stopped shortly in accordance with our policy.

就是说不接受外国客户。

所以目前就没办法申请IDCF了，你们也不用去买手机验证服务了。

PS: 费用没扣。
